Jill Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta Canada on November 25th in 1968. She is among the most well-known and wealthy TV actresses. She appeared in Law and Order alongside Chris Noth. Hennessy is from Edmonton, Alberta. Her father, John Hennessy was a meat salesman, and executive in sales/marketing which required a lot of travel and resulted in frequent shifts of the family. In 1982, her mother Maxine quit her family, and the daughter was cared for mostly through Eleanor her maternal grandmother who lived in Kitchener Ontario. She has a younger brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. as well as an identical twin sister Jacqueline She is a magazine writer and TV show hosts in Canada. Hennessy is of Irish French Swedish and Italian ancestry on her father's side and mostly Ukrainian Roma as well as Austrian family ancestry from her mother's. She attended Stanley Park Senior Public School and graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute and performed in Toronto. Hennessy was twins in Dead Ringers with her older sister. Gillian Anderson, an actress who got the role, claimed she was on the shortlist for Dana Scully. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. They have two sons.
