Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of many popular American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It is on since 2002. Ina Garten started her professional career at the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget papers. After initially finding the job interesting and stimulating however, she began to get bored with it. Barefoot Contessa was then acquired. It took her nearly 18 years to make the shop extremely successful before she closed the business. Then she began writing one of her cookbooks. Several other books and newspaper articles were published. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too was launched and quickly became a hit. Her range of items spans from kitchen equipment to ingredients and storage containers. Ina never went to an institution for cooking or was she employed at a restaurant. Ina is a self-taught cook. Her relaxed approach to entertaining and her straightforward cooking style is well-known. Some of her best known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
