She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into business goals and plans for strategic planning through managerial and organizational management as well as employee engagement and the management of change. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's created and coached leaders who have achieved results and have had success. The work she did helped cultivate cultures in organizations which encourage learning and creativity. As Annmarie continues to invest her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit groups in her spare time. It includes serving as an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders providing education to The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking as well as advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof which is a nationwide non-profit organisation committed to ending the addiction issue across the United States in educating communities in helping those suffering from the diseases of addiction.
